Sender steps:

• Signed in as a member or as a visitor at www.idil.gr
• At www.idil.gr/gift-card you can purchase your e-Gift card
• Select the design of the e-Gift card you want
• Choose the value of the e-Gift card
• Fill in the following forms:

1. Sender’s name
2. Sender’s email
3. Recipient’s name
4. Recipient’s email

• Write a message for the recipient (optional)
• Add to cart

Recipient's steps

• The recipient receives the e-Gift card in his email
• This email contains all the necessary information for the redemption of the e-Gift card (name and surname of the owner, purchase amount, redemption code, expiration date).

• For redeeming the e-Gift card, the recipient selects the product he wants in his cart and at the end of the purchase he fills the redemption code in the field: “Coupon”

• The recipient can use the e-Gift card only for orders equal or greater than the value of the e-Gift card.

• The value of the e-Gift card is deducted from the total amount of the order.

• In case the amount of the order exceeds the value of the e-Gift card, the recipient is obliged to pay by another method of payment.

Terms & Conditions:

• The e-Gift card is sent to the recipient’s email, after its payment is completed and paid. The email informs about the details of the card, the terms & conditions and the sender.
• In payments methods, there is no option of cash. 
• The e-Gift card can be used exclusively for online purchases from the e-shop www.idil.gr
• The e-Gift card can be used for purchases where the total value of order is equal or greater than the e-Gift card’s value.
• The redemption of the e-Gift card can be realized in a single order and it is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Its value is not refundable in case of non-redemption within the specified period.
• The e-Gift card can’t be redeemed in combination with another e-Gift card or to purchase another e-Gift card.
• The sending of orders resulting from the redemption of the e-Gift Card within Greece is free.
• For shipments of orders outside Greece, the recipient bears the shipping costs.
• The e-Gift card is personal and non-transferable.
